The official NWRNB 2023 host hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott Bellevue

Downtown 11010 NE 8th Street | Bellevue, WA 98004. We have an awesome group rate setup for $169 per night. Competitors, please be sure to bring your own sheets or cover-ups to sleep in, to ensure your tan doesn’t damage the hotel sheets. Also, when you shower please make sure to rinse and clean out any residual tan left in the tub, or shower basin, to prevent staining. We would like for them to invite us back again in the future!

We will hold a competitors’ meeting promptly, Saturday Sept 16th at 9:00am at the

NWRNB competition site (Meydenbauer Center Theatre), please be sure you arrive early so you

are in attendance for the meeting.

Entrants must have a valid membership with the WNBF. If you need to

purchase your membership please go to the WNBF website by clicking HERE. Masters

Competitors must be of the age of their class by the date of their competition to compete. Proof

of age (ie... ID card, Driver’s License, or Passport) is required.

All entrants must pass a polygraph test to be eligible to compete.

Polygraph testing takes place, at the Host Hotel, at least 1 day prior to the show. Polygraph

times are first come first served. I will try to accommodate later times for those traveling from

further away. You are not eligible to book a polygraph time until you have registered and paid for

the show. You pay the polygraph tester directly at your appointment....CASH ONLY.

Please email your music to (nwroyalnb@gmail.com) us before the show. Music must be distortion free and

blank, with the exception of the one piece of music being used. Music must be marked with the

competitor’s name and the competition entered. Music must be recorded at the appropriate

starting position. There is a maximum length of 60 seconds for all Bodybuilders and up to 3

minutes for Mixed Pairs competitors. Music should be in good taste and absolutely no profanity

is allowed. NWRNB reserves the right to refuse music not meeting these standards. Figure,

Bikini, and Men’s Physique competitors will use house music.

All check-in/measuring/weigh-in will be held at the Host Hotel, the

Courtyard By Marriott Bellevue. This is when suits will be checked to make sure they meet

competition standards. Thursday September 14th 12:00pm - 9:00pm Friday September 15th 12:00pm - 7:00pm.

All competitors in an age division will be asked to show proof of age

No Thongs or T-backs are allowed in any division. If you think your suit is borderline, please bring a 2nd suit.

Our official show tanning services will be provided through West Coast Competition Tanning .

Please contact Terrie directly to set up an appointment for your tan. VERY IMPORTANT: You

must follow her Competition Prep Guidelines for the best tan. This starts 4 weeks before

No trainers backstage. Space is very limited in the back so we barely have enough

room for competitors and staff. There will be experienced NWRNB staff to help competitors

backstage to pump, primp, and glaze you up. Our goal is for each of you to have the best

competition experience possible. This is also a security and insurance issue.
